1. A degree-taking ceremony

A. Target: Ph.D. students (Master does not attend)
B. Date and time: On August 26, 2025, after wearing the school uniform, enter the venue by 9:20

(sitting in the designated seat after receiving the name tag at the entrance)
C. Venue: Yongbong Campus Minju Maru * If you can't make it on time as the event is held with a designated seat, please contact the person in charge of each department immediately.

2. Commemorative Photography on Degree Award

A. Gwangju Campus: Minju Maru, May 18 Square, Tech Clock Tower, Humanities College (Inven)
B. Hakdong Campus: The medical school itself posts a banner for the degree ceremony in the classroom on the 4th floor of Hakdong Oral Medical Center
- Classroom opening hours: August 25, 2025 (Monday) - August 26, 2025 (Tue) from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m

3. Borrowing and returning degree uniforms
A. Renting and returning
- August 25, 2025 (Monday) to August 26, 2025 (Tue) 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
B. Place: Degree room on the 4th floor of the Myeonghak Center of Hakdong Medical School
* The person in charge does not reside in the rental place when renting or returning it, so please contact us in advance and visit. (062-530-4026)

4. Receipt of Degree Period (attendance to the degree ceremony at Yongbong Campus will be distributed at the venue)
A. Date and time: August 25, 2025 (Monday) to August 29, 2025 (Friday) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

B. Location: Administrative office on the 2nd floor of Hakdong Medical School
