1. Commencement ceremony

1) Date: 2023. 2. 24. (Fri) 10:00 (enter the venue by 9:20 after wearing the graduation uniform)

※ Please wait in front of the Minjoo Maru(민주마루) building by 9:10 to confirm your attendance.

2) Venue: Minju Maru (Yongbong Campus)

3) Event method: Face-to-face event and metaverse concurrently

4) Scope of Attendance at the venue: Master's students do not attend, all doctoral students attend

2. Commemorative photography related to awarding degrees

1) The medical school itself will post the graduation ceremony banner in the lecture room on the 3rd floor of Lecture building(former) in Hakdong.

2) Opening hours

- February 23 (Thu) 11am~5 p.m.

- February 24 (Fri) 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

3) Graduation uniform rental and return

a) Rental: 2023. 2. 23. (Thu) 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

b) Return: 2023. 2. 24. (Fri) 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

4) Venue: Graduation uniform Room, Myeonghak Hall, College of Medicine, Hakdong (학동 의과대학 명학회관 학위복실)

※ When renting and returning, the person in charge (062-220-4015) is not always present, so please contact us before visiting.

※ If you are a student who has difficulty receiving graduation uniforms in Hakdong, please contact us by e-mail on the 20th.

4. Diploma and degree distribution: PhDs who participate in commencement ceremony on the 24th will be distributed on that day, and from the 27th, the medical department administration office will distribute them.
