 Public presentation (face-to-face)

During the examination period, it must be conducted at least once under the supervision of the head professor of the department and major, and a number of professors and students from the department attend to conduct mutual questions and answers so that a fair examination can be conducted  

 

 The schedule will be announced at a later date

Documents to be Submitted by the Chair and Committee Members

① Common (All Programs): One copy of the Thesis Public Presentation Result Report

② Doctoral Program:

- Chair of the Committee: One copy of the Consent Form, One copy of the Evaluation Result Form, One copy of the Evaluation Summary Report (must be jointly signed by all committee members), One copy of the Review Schedule, Three copies of the Mid-term Report.

- Committee Members: One copy of the Consent Form, One copy of the Evaluation Result Form

③ Master's Program:

Chair and Committee Members: One copy of the Consent Form, One copy of the Evaluation Result Form,

 

 

※ When entering the thesis evaluation results in the AreSEM system, it is mandatory to input Pass/Fail/Deferred accurately!

 

Plagiarism Prevention Program (Turnitin, Copykiller): Similarity Check and Required Submissions

① Mandatory Participants:

All master's and doctoral thesis candidates must undergo a similarity check.

You may choose between Turnitin and Copykiller.

For Korean theses, Copykiller is recommended. For English theses, Turnitin is recommended.

② Documents to Submit After Similarity Check:

Turnitin Users:

One copy of the Originality Report, One copy of the Digital Receipt,

Copykiller Users: One copy of the Similarity Report Confirmation
