Targeted Imaging Nanomedicine Laboratory (TINY)

 

Our lab focuses on the design of complex nano-formulations with enhanced properties and in the development of effective biotherapeutics for different biomedical applications. Our works include a) the development of nanomedicines based on synthetic and biological nanomaterials such as polymeric, metallic, micelles, lipid and hybrid polymer- lipid nanoparticles for bioimaging, targeted drug and gene delivery for anticancer therapy b) design of biomimetic nanovaccines using cell membrane and exosomes for cancer immunotherapy c) development of nanomedicines for targeted kidney diseases and inflammatory diseases d) advanced nano-delivery systems for stimuli-responsive combination therapy like chemo-photothermal therapy, chemo-photodynamic therapy, image guided chemo-magnetic therapy, cancer immunotherapy, sonodynamic therapy etc.
