General Qualification(Must satisfy at least one of the requirements)
Condition ①	The nationality of the applicant and the applicant’s parents must be non-Korean (Three of them must not have Korean Citizenship)
Condition ②	Overseas Korean nationals or non-korean nationals who have completed all levels of education equivalent to elementary, middle school, high school, undergraduate and graduate school in foreign countries
Notice	Those who are stateless or have multiple nationalities with Korean nationality are not eligible to apply. If a successful applicant is confirmed to be stateless or have multiple nationalities, admission will be revoked

Degree
Master's program or Integrated (Master's and PhD combined) program	Those who have or are expected to receive a Bachelor's degree or its equivalents stipulated by the regulations Those who apply for the master's program or the integrated (Master's and PhD combined) program are allowed to apply to departments/majors different from their departments/majors of study during their undergraduate education (Except for some departments)
PhD (Doctoral) program	Those who have or are expected to receive a Master's degree or its equivalent as stipulated by the regulations If applicants have a Master's degree with a different field of major from the major for which they are applying to, they should receive a "[Form-7] Letter of Recommendation for PhD programs" from the head professor (CNU) of the department they are applying to
Notice	Academic degrees can be recognized ONLY if it is obtained from officially authorized educational institution by the Ministry of Education
