a. Attendance: Doctoral students only (Master’s students do not attend)

b. Date & Time: Thursday, February 26, 2026

• Please enter the venue by 9:20 AM wearing your graduation gown. Receive your name tag at the entrance and take your assigned seat.

c. Venue: Minju Maru (Yongbong Campus)

d. Format: In-person event

2. Commemorative Photos Related to Graduation

a. Gwangju Campus: Minju Maru, 5·18 Plaza, College of Engineering (Clock Tower), College of Humanities (Inven)

b. Hakdong Campus: The College of Medicine will post a graduation ceremony banner in the lecture room on the 3rd floor of the Hakdong Dental Building.

• Wednesday, February 25, 2026: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

3. Graduation Gown Rental and Return

a. Rental: Tuesday, February 24, 2026, 10:00 AM – Wednesday, February 25, 2026, 4:00 PM

b. Return: Thursday, February 26, 2026, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

c. Venue: Graduation Gown Room, 4th Floor, Myeonghak Hall, College of Medicine, Hakdong

4. Diploma Collection

a. Date & Time: Wednesday, February 25 – Friday, February 27, 2026, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

b. Venue: Administration Office, 2nd Floor, College of Medicine, Hakdong
