A. Uploading the Dissertation File
※ Inquiries: Library website (Write a post on the bulletin board)
Upload Period: Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – Thursday, July 9, 2026
(Additional uploads or modifications are not allowed after this period.)
How to Upload: Use the Dissertation Management System on the library website.
(Please familiarize yourself with Attachments 1–3: How to Prepare and Submit Dissertation Files.)
※ Publication Policy: Public disclosure is the general principle. (Non-disclosure is possible for reasons such as patents, ongoing research, or corporate secrets.)
B. Submission of Final Printed Copies

a) Printed Copies: 3 copies (5 copies for the Department of Law) ※ Softcover: Black print on grey Lezak paper.
b) License Agreement (Grant of Permission for Use): 1 copy (Printed and submitted separately).
Important Notes:
The inner title page must contain the final approval seals/signatures from the examiners.
Please ensure that no stamps or signatures are missing for the dissertation approval.
One copy must be an original (with live signatures/seals); the remaining copies may be photocopies.
