Our university hereby announces the final registration period for the second semester of the 2026 academic year as follows.

Students who have not yet paid their tuition fees are requested to make the payment within the designated period.

1. Period : October 1, 2026 (Thu) – October 2, 2026 (Fri), until 4:00 p.m. [2 days]

- Students who have exceeded the standard period of study for the second semester of 2026 must also pay their tuition fees during this period.

2. Places of Tuition Payment

- Tuition may be paid at any branch nationwide of the following banks: Gwangju Bank, NongHyup Bank, Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank

Payment may also be made by depositing the tuition into the virtual account indicated on the tuition bill or by credit card through Gwangju Bank.

3. Application for Leave of Absence

3-1) Application Periods

General Leave of Absence without Registration: October 1, 2026 (Thu) – October 2, 2026

General Leave of Absence after Registration: August 18, 2026 (Tue) – October 28, 2026 (Wed), the halfway point of the semester

Extension of Leave of Absence: October 1, 2026 (Thu) – October 2, 2026 (Fri) Applicable to students whose leave of absence expires on August 31, 2026 and who wish to extend their leave.

4. Important Notes

A. Students who fail to complete registration during this final registration period may be subject to dismissal due to non-registration. Therefore, students must pay their tuition fees within the designated period.

B. Tuition bills will not be sent by mail to students’ homes. Students should print their tuition bills from the university website or the Chonnam National University Portal:

Tuition bills will be available beginning October 1, 2026 (Thu).
