Who Must Submit: Students expecting to receive a master’s or doctoral degree in August 2027 (the second graduation cycle of the 2026 academic year).
Required Document: One completed copy of the attached thesis/dissertation proposal form.
Submission Period: Monday, September 28, 2026 – Tuesday, November 24, 2026.
Submissions will not be accepted outside this period.
