1. Commencement Ceremony

• A. Eligibility: Doctoral graduates only (Master's students do not attend the ceremony).
• B. Date & Time: August 26, 2026 (Wed). Please enter the venue and be seated at your assigned seat by 9:20 AM after putting on your academic gown. [Pick up your name tag at the entrance and sit in your designated seat.]
• C. Venue: Minjumaru (Yongbong Campus)
• Note: As the ceremony proceeds with assigned seating, please contact us immediately if you are unable to arrive on time. (062-530-4026)

2. Academic Gown Rental and Return

• A. Period: August 25 (Tue) – August 26 (Wed), 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. [On the morning of Aug. 26, staff will be away due to the commencement ceremony.]
• B. Location: Academic Gown Room, 4th Floor, Myeonghak Hall, Hakdong Medical Campus (Located past the 4th-floor reading room).
• Note: Staff may not be present at the location at all times during the rental/return period. Please contact us in advance before visiting. (062-530-4026)

3. Commemorative Photo Zones

• A. Gwangju Campus: Minjumaru, 5·18 Square, Student Hall 2, College of Engineering Clock Tower, College of Humanities (Inven).
• B. Hakdong Campus: A graduation banner will be displayed in the 3rd-floor classroom of the New Lecture Building at the Medical School for Master's graduates.
  • Classroom Hours: August 25 (Tue) – August 26 (Wed), 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

4. Diploma Collection

• A. Period: August 25 (Tue) – August 28 (Fri), 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Master's Graduates: Available from August 25 (Tue).
  • Doctoral Graduates (not attending the ceremony): Available from August 27 (Thu).
• B. Location: Administration Office, 2nd Floor, Hakdong Medical School.
