Submission of Master's and Doctoral Thesis for the 2026 First Semester (Expected Graduation: February 2027)

​1. Submission Period

   : September 7 (Mon), 2026 – September 18 (Fri), 2026, by 15:00

2. Eligibility

   : Candidates expected to receive a degree in the first semester of the 2026 academic year (February 2027)

3. Required Documents

   : Master's: 4 copies of the thesis draft for review

   :  Doctoral: 6 copies of the thesis draft for review 

   Common (for both):

   : 1 copy of Thesis Review Application and Recommendation Form (Attachment 1-②)

   : 1 copy of Research Ethics Compliance Confirmation for Thesis (Attachment 1-③)

   : 1 copy of Certificate of Completion of Research Ethics Education (KIRD) (refer to manual in Attachment 1-④)

   : 1 copy of receipt for 심사료 (review fee) payment

   : 1 copy of Interim Review Report (Attachment 1-⑤)

4. Review Fee Information

   : Master's thesis review fee: KRW 100,000

   : Doctoral thesis review fee: KRW 300,000

   : Bank account for payment: Gwangju Bank 074-107-437304 (Account holder: Jeonnam National University (Thesis Review Fee))

     Must deposit using the thesis submitter's student ID number

5. Supporting Documents per the Department of Biomedical Sciences Regulations (Excel format, thesis file, consent form)
