2. Eligible Applicants

• Students scheduled to receive degrees in August 2026 (2025 Fall Semester)

3. Required Documents

• Master’s: 3 copies of the final thesis draft for review
• Doctoral: 5 copies of the final thesis draft for review
• Common Documents (All Applicants):
  • 1 copy of Thesis Review Committee Form (Attachment 1-②)
  • 1 copy of Research Ethics Compliance Confirmation (Attachment 1-③)
  • 1 copy of Research Ethics Education Completion Certificate (KIRD, refer to Attachment 1-④ Manual)
  • 1 copy of Thesis Review Fee Payment Receipt
  • 1 copy of Thesis Review Progress Report

4. Review Fee Information

• Master’s: ₩100,000
• Doctoral: ₩300,000
• Bank Account: Gwangju Bank 074-107-437304 (Recipient: Chonnam National University (Thesis Review Fee))
• Important: Payment must be made under the submitting student’s student ID number.

5. Special Note for 2025 Spring Semester Roll-Over Applicants

• Previous submissions (thesis, documents, and fees) from the prior semester will be carried over.
• After the review is completed, no new submission or additional fee payment is required—only the review results need to be submitted.
• If changes to the review committee occur, a formal request for committee changes must be submitted via official document, and fee-related matters will be handled internally by the department.
