1. Payment of Additional Tuition

1) Tuition payment period: September 9 (Wed) – September 11 (Fri), 2026, by 16:00 [3 days]

2) Payment locations: Gwangju Bank and Nonghyup Bank (including local Nonghyup branches), nationwide head offices and branches

3) The payment notice can be printed directly from the university website or the Chonnam National University portal

4) Notes

-Students registering using the government-guaranteed student loan for the 2026 second semester must pay the tuition within the registration period.

-Students exceeding the standard period of study for the 2026 second semester must also pay the tuition during the additional registration period.

2. Application for Leave of Absence / Reinstatement

1) Reinstatement application

- Early reinstatement: August 24 (Mon) – August 31 (Mon), 2026

- Regular reinstatement: August 24 (Mon) – September 11 (Fri), 2026

2) Leave of absence application

-General leave of absence (unpaid tuition): September 9 (Wed) – September 11 (Fri), 2026

-General leave of absence (paid tuition): August 18 (Tue) – October 28 (Wed), 2026

-Leave of absence extension: September 9 (Wed) – September 11 (Fri), 2026
