Application period: September 25, 2023 (Mon) 09:00 to September 26 (Tue) 17:00

 

Cancellation procedure: A student applies for cancellation of a course directly on the Internet The department that opens the course approves the cancellation

 

Cancellation Method: Select "Education Support Internal History Administration Class Course Application Course Cancellation Application" after accessing the Chonnam National University portal site (http://portal.jnu.ac.kr )

 

Scope of course cancellation

- Subjects for cancellation of classes shall be not more than two subjects, but the credits after cancellation shall be maintained at least one credit (Article 19 of the Class Management Guidelines)

 

Check the course cancellation details

- Make sure to check the final course registration details after canceling the course

- Chonnam National University Portal-Login-Education Support-Internal History Administration-Class-Application-Check Course Details

 

Precautions

- Those who cancel the course are excluded from those subject to the transfer of credits for the semester immediately afterwards (Article 24-2 of the School Regulations)

- Cancellation of courses is not possible after the course cancellation period

- Course cancellation cannot be restored

- Refrain from cancelling classes for practical major courses or courses operated by the organization of groups as much as possible
