1. Commencement ceremony

1) Date: 2023. 8. 25. (Fri) 10:00 (enter the venue by 9:20 after wearing the graduation uniform)

※ If it is difficult to attend, email will be sent by 15:00 on August 24th (Thursday)

2) Venue: Minju Maru (Yongbong Campus)

3) Event method: Face-to-face event and metaverse concurrently

4) Scope of Attendance at the venue: All doctors (Master is not present)

5) Yongbong Campus Photo Zone: Minju Maru, 5.18 Square, College of Engineering (clock tower), College of Humanities (Inven)

2. Commemorative photography related to awarding degrees

1) The medical school itself will post the graduation ceremony banner in the lecture room on the 3rd floor of Lecture building(former) in Hakdong.

2) Opening hours

- August 24 (Thu) 10:00 am ~ 5:00 pm

- August 25 (Fri) 10:00 am ~ 3:00 pm

3. Graduation uniform rental and return

1) Rental: 2023. 8. 24. (Thu) 10:00 am ~ 5:00 pm

2) Return: 2023. 8. 24. (Thu) 10:00 am ~ 5:00 pm

2023. 8. 25. (Fri) 1:00 pm ~ 5:00 pm

3) Venue: Graduation uniform Room, On the 4th floor of Myeonghak Hall, College of Medicine, Hakdong (학동 의과대학 명학회관4층 학위복실)

※ When renting and returning, the person in charge (062-530-4026) is not always present, so please contact us before visiting.

※ If you are a student who has difficulty receiving graduation uniforms in Hakdong, please contact us by e-mail on the 21th.

4. Diploma and degree distribution: PhDs who participate in commencement ceremony on the 25th will be distributed on that day, and other graduates will be distributed at the administrative office of the Hakdong Medical School on the 24th and 25th. (From the 29th, Hwasun Medical Department Administrative Office)
