1. Payment of additional tuition fees

1) Tuition payment period: September 12, 2023 (Tue) to September 14, 16:00 (Thu) [For 3 days]

2) Registration place: Gwangju Bank, National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (including local agricultural cooperatives) Headquarters and branches nationwide.

3) The payment notice is printed directly on the university website or Chonnam National University portal.

4) Points to Note

- Students who register after receiving a government-guaranteed student loans for the second semester of 2023 must pay tuition within the registration period.

- Those who exceed the second semester of the 2023 school year must also pay tuition fees during the additional registration period.

2. Application for leave of absence or return to school

1) an application for a return to school

- Early return to school: August 28, 2023 (Mon) to September 4, 2023 (Mon)

- General return to school: August 28, 2023 (Mon) to September 7, 2023 (Thu)

2) a leave of absence

- General leave of absence (unregistered): September 12, 2023 (Tue) to September 14, 2023 (Thu)

- General leave of absence (registration): August 22, 2023 (Tue) to October 30, (Mon)

- Extension of leave of absence: September 12, 2023 (Tue) to September 14, 2023 (Thu)
