The thesis/dissertation examination plan for master’s and doctoral candidates expected to graduate in August 2026 (Fall Semester of the 2025 Academic Year) is outlined below. Eligible students are requested to prepare thoroughly to ensure that the thesis examination process proceeds without any issues.
Please be sure to check the graduation requirements and the internal regulations of the Department of Medical Science, and prepare all thesis-related materials in advance (e.g., publication of an SCIE-indexed paper).

*Due to the designation of July 17 as a public holiday, the schedule has been moved forward compared to the original plan. Please inform students in advance.
1) Mandatory Plagiarism Check and Submission of Similarity Report
All master’s and doctoral thesis/dissertation applicants are required to conduct a similarity check using a plagiarism prevention program (Turnitin or Copykiller) during the thesis examination period and submit the similarity report.
Access to plagiarism prevention programs (Turnitin or Copykiller):
University Library Homepage → Education & Research Support → Thesis Writing Support → Turnitin or Copykiller
The GPTkiller service, which had been provided on a temporary basis, has been discontinued.
Only the standard Copykiller service is currently available.
2) Number of Printed Thesis Copies to Submit
Soft version:
Master’s thesis: 4 copies
Doctoral dissertation: 6 copies
3) Submission of the Interim Examination Report is required.
