Our university announces the final registration period for the second semester of 2025, so students who fail to pay tuition should pay tuition within the deadline. 

1. Period: October 1, 2025 (Wednesday) ~ October 2, (Thursday) 16:00 [2 days]

➣ 2024. Those who exceed the term of study for the second semester will also pay tuition within the above period

2. Place of payment: Gwangju, Nonghyup, Kookmin, Shinhan Bank nationwide

Deposit of virtual accounts on the ➣ bill, Gwangju Bank credit card payment is possible

3. Application for leave of absence:

Chonnam National University Portal ➝ Login ➝ Education Support ➝ Applications for academic, administrative, and ➝ leave of absence from 

◇ a period of application for a leave of absence from school

◾ General leave of absence (not registered): October 1, 2025 (Wednesday) to October 2, 2025 (Thursday)

◾ General leave of absence (registration): From August 19, 2025 (Tue) to 1/2 of the class days, 10.29. (Wednesday)

◾ Extension of leave of absence: October 1, 2025 (Mon) ~ October 2, 2025 (Tue)

* If the leave of absence factor extends the leave of absence until August 31, 2025

4. Precautions

A. Students who fail to register within this final registration period are subject to unregistered expulsion, so please pay the tuition fee within the deadline.

B. The payment notice will not be sent to each household, so please print it out on our university website or Chonnam National University portal (portal-login-education support-in-law administration-registration-tuition bill output).

The ➣ tuition bill will be available from October 7, 2025 (Monday)

C. Students who wish to register for a government-guaranteed student loan for the second semester of 2025 should approve the loan from the Korea Scholarship Foundation and request payment within the above registration period so that the tuition can be paid. (Student loan: 062-530-1084)​​​
