1. Application for Exemption from Examination

Submission documents: Application, Excel file, and supporting documents (presentation if you are qualified for thesis)

Submission period: January 2, 2025 (Thursday) to January 8, 2025 (Wednesday) until 15:00

Place of submission: Graduate Administration Office, Room M2 104 of Hwasun Convergence Research-dong

***Precautions for filling out application form for foreign language test***

According to the medical department bylaws, Koreans take English and foreigners take Korean

In accordance with the bylaws, qualification conditions satisfy the completion of at least one semester and at least nine credits are obtained

***Precautions for Comprehensive Examination Application Form***

1. Be sure to check your qualifications.

2. Make sure to include the subject you have completed, the professor in charge, and the semester you have completed.

3. Only required subjects for majors can be applied.

4. Make sure to write in Korean when writing subjects. (When writing in English, write in Korean as well.)

(Example) Subject Name of the first field: Biochemistry (Kim Young-guk / 1st semester of 2020)

5. Prospective Ph.D. graduates must choose two required courses for the track.

***Precautions for Completion of Exemption Application***

Check the sheet regarding the exemption conditions for foreign language and comprehensive examination exemption (excel file) and submit it by e-mail

Submission with the thesis (PDF submission) when applying for exemption due to the thesis performance (additional submission by e-mail)
