A. Registration of Thesis Files

1) Registration period: January 2, 2026 (Fri) – January 12, 2026 (Mon)
(No additional registration or revisions allowed after the deadline)

2) Registration method:
Use the Thesis Management System on the Library website
(Refer to Attachments 1–3 for instructions on preparing and submitting thesis files)

※ In principle, theses must be made publicly available
(Non-disclosure is permitted in cases involving patents, ongoing research, or corporate confidentiality)

B. Submission of Final Printed Theses

(For file submission and dCollection-related matters, contact the Library)

1) Submission period and location: 

2) Required documents:

a) Printed thesis copies: 3 copies (5 copies for the Department of Law)
※ Soft cover: gray Leathack paper with black printing

b) Copyright License Agreement: 1 copy
(Print out and submit separately)

3) Important notes:

The inner title page must include the official approval stamps/signatures of the thesis examiners

Ensure that no examiner’s stamp or signature is missing at the time of approval

One copy of the final version must be submitted as an original; the remaining copies may be photocopies
