Graduate students who participate in the BK21 Project or national R&D projects (including professor research fund scholarships), or who are classified as research personnel in research laboratories in the field of science and technology, must apply for post-coursework registration to avoid disadvantages related to the payment of research funds, labor costs, and enrollment in research personnel insurance.

a. Eligibility: Graduates who have completed coursework in general, professional, and special graduate schools

b. Procedure: Education Support → My Academic Services → Registration → Application for Post-Coursework Registration (Graduate School) → Apply

c. Application Period: February 2 (Mon) – February 10 (Tue), 2026

d. Deadline for Submission of Eligible Student List: February 12 (Thr), 2026

e. Invoice Issuance & Payment Period: February 20 (Fri) – February 25 (Wed), 2026, until 16:00

f. Post-Coursework Registration Fee: 8% of the semester tuition fee

*Each department must take special care to ensure that its enrolled students (including international students) do not miss the application period for post-coursework registration.
