Graduate students participating in the BK21 project or National R&D projects (including Professor Research Scholarship) or those serving as research participants in science and technology laboratories must apply for post-completion registration. This is to ensure there are no disadvantages regarding the payment of research funds/labor costs and coverage under the research participant insurance.
1. Eligibility: Students who have completed coursework (수료생) in General, Professional, or Special Graduate Schools.
2. Procedure: Educational Support (교육지원) → My Academic Affairs (내 학사업무) → Registration (등록) → Graduate School Post-Completion Registration Application (대학원 수료후등록신청) → Apply (신청)
3. Application Period: July 31, 2026 (Fri) – August 11, 2026 (Tue) Strict adherence to the deadline is required.
4. Tuition Bill Printing & Payment Period: August 18, 2026 (Tue) – August 21, 2026 (Fri) by 16:00.
5. Registration Fee: 8% of the current semester's tuition.
