1. Important Note on Lecture Timetable
- Please be advised that the timetable on the registration system may differ from the actual operating lecture schedule.
- You must check (Attachment 4) Fall 2026 Lecture Timetable before proceeding with your course registration.
2. Submission of Language Proficiency Certificates (For Foreign Language Courses)
- International Students (taking courses taught in Korean): Must have achieved TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or completed Level 4 or higher at the Chonnam National University Language Education Center.
- Domestic Students (taking courses taught in English): Must submit an official English proficiency score of TOEIC 800, TEPS 327, or TOEFL 96 or higher.
- ※ Eligible students must submit the required supporting documents after completing course registration.
3. Track Completion Guidelines for Ph.D. and Combined Master’s/Ph.D. Programs
- Ph.D. and Combined program students must select a specific track and complete both courses within that track.
- Failure to complete both courses in a single track will result in the inability to complete the program or graduate. Furthermore, the Comprehensive Examination can only be taken if two courses from the same track are selected.
4. Seminar Course Enrollment Restrictions
- Seminar courses are open to both Korean and international students, but the capacity for each of the two sections is limited to 20 students.
- Priority will be given to lower-grade students. Freshmen or students who have already taken a seminar course twice or more are ineligible to enroll.
- Any enrollment exceeding the capacity will be determined by the Department Chair based on internal selection criteria.
5. Pre-registration Check for Prospective Graduates
- Students expected to graduate in February 2027 or August 2027 must verify their remaining required (incomplete) courses before proceeding with course registration.
